Is your company insured?
Yes we are, we are happy to provide proof of insurance and if needed, adding your venue as an additional insured too!How do we book your services?
After we gather information regarding your event(s) (wants & needs), discuss your details and decide on what services you desire, we email a booking agreement to secure our services for your date(s). Once an agreement is emailed, we usually provide a 2-week deadline to sign/date the agreement. If your event is the same week or you need our services for a last minute cancellation with another vendor or just decide to host an event last minute, then we usually expedite an agreement to be signed the same day or immediately.Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% balance to be paid prior to the first event date. The 50% deposit is due within the 2-week deadline with the booking agreement.Do you travel?
Yes we travel worldwide, wherever your event is. We do not have travel restrictions.Is DJ’ing all you offer?
Not at all! We offer DJ/MC/Sound/Lighting/Video Projection/Live Performers/Atmospheric Effects/Dancefloors/Photo Booths, provide sales of new equipment and do rentals and sound setups as well for other vendors/bands/DJs.Do you pre-mix music or play a pre-recorded set?
All of our DJ’s mix live on the spot, this ensures the best response to what a crowd is actually feeling and vibing to.Can we let you know what music we want?
OF COURSE!
We play a wide variety of genres of music. From Indian (Bhangra, Bollywood, Garba, Raas, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Sufi, Carnatic, Shehnai, etc) to American (HipHop, Country, R&B, Rap, Trap, Top40/100, Rock n Roll, Soft Rock, Blues, Jazz, Soul, etc) to Caribbean (Dancehall, Soca, Reggae, Chutney, Bhaitak, etc) to Latin (Reggaeton, Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Cumbia, etc) and we will play other genres we don’t have in our collection if we are provided a list of requested songs prior to your event. We also accept requests during the event, granted we have wifi access and if you're ok with guests requesting music.
We usually request 3 types of playlists (preferably 2-weeks before your event(s) date(s) (unless if your event is a few days away or last minute, then we will need these immediately):
1. Special Songs Playlist: For those special parts like introductions, any cake cutting, dances, last song of the night, etc. (you can incorporate this into your timeline/itinerary/agenda). Incorporating it into the main timeline highlights the extra attention needed for those special moments.
2. Must Play Playlist: All those favorites (yours, your fiancé, mom/dad, aunty/uncle, etc), classics, songs that will get everyone dancing or bring back memories and such. This can be created in an email, google sheets, excel, or word/pdf document. It doesn’t have to be 200 songs, it can be 10-15-20-50 songs, just something for us to work with and build off of.
3. Do Not Play Playlist: songs, artists, movies, you don’t want us to play at all. Songs/genres you, your parents, family members or guests may dislike, etc. This can be created in an email, google sheets, excel, or word/pdf document. It doesn’t have to be 200 songs, it can be 10-15-20-50 songs, something for us to use as a foundation to build off of.Do you make mixes for choreographed dance performances or for our First Dance?
